Firefly alum, Morena Baccarin joins Deadpool as shapeshifter Copycat. She tweeted this photo on Thursday, confirming her new role. The Ryan Reynolds-led film is set to come out next February and also stars Gina Carano (Haywire) and T.J. Miller (Silicon Valley).
Yussss.
Rinko Kikuchi spoke with The Mary Sue about her new movie, Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter, the differences between the American and Japanese film industries, and the possibility of her joining the Pacific Rim sequel. She also would love to take part in the new Star Wars movies and we would love to see her in them. Kumiko has been making its way around the film festival circuit, but is showing a U.S. release date of March 18, check your local theaters for showtimes.
The official Jurassic World Twitter page posted a new still of BD Wong from the upcoming movie. Wong returns as geneticist Dr. Wu, who created the first round of dinosaurs in Jurassic Park and managed to get the hell off Isla Nublar before he could become dinner for them (and we hope he does the same in the new movie). Jurassic World premieres June 12.
Cloning dinosaurs. What could possibly go wrong… again?
IDW will release a series of Orphan Black tabletop games starting this summer. The first, “Orphan Black: The Card Game,” will pit 3 to 6 players against each other in influencing as many clones as possible to join their team (Proletheans, Neolutionists, or Birdwatchers) while keeping their group loyalty a secret from the other players. Watch for the game to hit stores in July 2015.

April is almost upon us, and with that, means a new round of Netflix additions and removals will be happening. Marvel’s new Daredevil series will hit Netflix streaming on Apil 1 along with 2003’s Underworld. The addition that I’m excited to see is Ana Lily Amirpour’s A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night, the Iranian vampire thriller. Sadly, two favorites will be leaving Netflix streaming as of the first of the month: Clue and the Emma Thompson adaptation of Sense & Sensibility. See the complete list at The Hollywood Reporter.
